The service
Bottle Vault is a personal collection-management tool for wine and spirits. It is intended for adults. You are responsible for the accuracy of collection records and for complying with laws applicable to alcoholic beverages.
Free access
The free plan currently supports up to 20 active bottles and 20 lifetime AI label scans. Removing or drinking a bottle may free an active bottle space, but it does not restore a used lifetime scan.
Premium subscriptions
Premium offers unlimited saved bottles and up to 100 AI label scans per monthly allowance period. Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your App Store or Google Play account at least 24 hours before renewal. Your store account is charged according to the price displayed before purchase.
Expiration and cancellation
Canceling stops future renewal and Premium normally remains active through the paid period. When Premium expires, existing collection records remain available. Adding bottles above the free limit and additional label recognition may be restricted until the collection is within free limits or Premium is restored.
Label recognition and estimates
AI-generated bottle details, vintages, regions, release information, and estimated prices may be incomplete or incorrect. Review every result. Bottle Vault does not provide appraisals, investment advice, authentication, or guarantees of market value.
Your content
You retain ownership of collection details and notes you enter. You give Bottle Vault permission to process that content only as needed to operate, secure, synchronize, support, and improve the service.
Account deletion
You may delete your account from Settings. Deletion permanently removes the Bottle Vault account and associated cloud collection data. Store subscription cancellation is managed separately through Apple or Google.
