Using Bottle Vault

The Bottle Vault User Guide explains accounts, AI and manual bottle entry, quantities, storage layouts, unplaced bottles, searching, drinking windows, Insights, shared vaults, and subscriptions.

What to include

Please include a short description of the issue and the type of device you are using. Screenshots can help, but do not send your password or other sensitive information.

Account deletion

Open Bottle Vault, select Settings, and choose Delete account. The app asks for confirmation before permanently removing the account and associated cloud collection. This action cannot be undone.

Your Bottle Vault account

Create and confirm a free account during setup so your collection, private label photographs, scan allowance, and shared-vault invitations remain connected to you. An account enables private cloud backup and synchronization across devices.

Label recognition

Bottle identification and estimated prices are provided as helpful starting points and should be reviewed before saving. Availability and market value vary by retailer, region, release, bottle condition, and time.

Camera and photos

Camera access is used only when you choose to photograph a bottle label. Photo-library access is used only when you choose an existing image for label recognition.

Response time

We aim to respond to support requests within two business days. Complex account or privacy requests may require identity verification.
